This place is one of my favorite nature preserves in the Southwest Florida area. It's very easy to get to as it's right off the highway. There is campsites on premise, however considering the highway noise and neighboring outdoor gun range it's not somewhere I would opt in to staying overnight. You'll find a few covered fishing piers, barbeque grills and a convenient area to launch a kayak all connected by a dirt road/walking trail. If you visit, plan on arriving just before sunrise. The water is typically still in the early hours and you're treated by a gorgeous sunrise just over the lake and treeline. I proposed to my wife here just after a sunrise in 2023. Very memorable!
